Facts for the beach apartment:
– Square meter of the entire apartment is ca. 40 m2 totally with a large balkony (sunny)
– Year of construction and purchase: October 2003
– staircase space for beach stuff , cleaning equipment, beach matresses etc.! incl. very spacy commode
– fully furniture completed and included into price, like kitchen (maybe twice only used) and refrigator
(also the entire kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery etc. is included if interested)

the apartment is in a great condition, that is also the reason of selling due to it has been used and „lived“ really
far too rarely used, I live abroad ..so I wish a person who can enjoy it more and often at this wunderful beach place.

The apartment is not even 200 meter from the sandy beautiful beach, grab a towel and enjoy the sea !
Also it is surrounded within light foot distance (you don’t even need a car or bike!) by right next to the house a 24/7 supermarket with everything you need (also fresh meat) ! Right next is a warm bakery with fresh morning coffee too.

As well super close by foot are many Taverns with all kinds of dining like fish, seafood, meat and fresh veggie n salads delights. In the same vicinity there are many beach bars, frozen yoghourt store, fast food and snack restaurants, tourist shops, souvenier shops, watersports, gas station and pharcamy, fresh public market with fruits, veggetables, honey and authentic local products, etc..

The location ist prerfectly based and unbeatable ! Wether you come from the Airport of Thessaloniki (35min only)

or you want to explore one of the most beautiful paradise beaches at the Halkidiki Peninsulas, some of the hotspots are like Sani beach, Afytos or Vourvourou etc. already reachable within 20 minutes! And it is not necessary to rent a car far away if you don’t come with your own car – its right around the corner where „Chalkidiki Cars“ bring your choosed rental car right there with a very good price/service combi.

The apartment is truly a little bijoux !
